God, Science And Theoretical Constructs

This paper is being offered as a response to the question: “Is it academically credible to include the concept of a First Cause (God)? The answer depends upon the following antecedent questions: What is science? Is there an order to knowledge? What is scientific knowledge? What kind of causes can science discover? Does the idea of a First Cause (God) belong in science?
