Causes Of Things

Aristotle describes the four causes (explanations) needed to explain change in the world. A complete explanation of any material change will use all four causes. These causes are material, formal, efficient and final. When we add two more kinds of causes (exemplar and instrumental) we can discover the “cause” of the information embedded in the DNA molecule.
